"I can still remember the times when we went to Ajoie to distil when I was just a girl. What an adventure! First we had to load the dark blue barrels onto our light blue trailer. My mother always made sure they were fastened correctly since we had to cross a mountain pass... The horse shoes of „Fritz“, the quarry of Cornol and the village of the same name. I remember the copper barrels I admired for their shine; the smells and the heat. 25 years later, the owners have changed, but my childhood memories came right back when I visited the place again."
