At the Auberge du Mouton, Daniel Hickel makes the most of local produce from our region in a friendly atmosphere located in the heart of Porrentruy's old town. You'll love the authentic, original cuisine which changes with the seasons. Our eight completely renovated, magnificently furnished rooms and 20-set wine cellar are available to ensure that you enjoy your stay in our area to the full. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 4.30 pm to midnight. The hotel is open seven days a week.
