"From Delémont, you can snowshoe in the area round the Claude-Chappuis restaurant and the Les Ordons antenna, on a trail that provides interesting views of the Jura and its ridges and of the Delémont valley. We and our kids tried out night snow-shoeing, with the aim of feeling like genuine trappers as we crunched through the snow, exploring the Yeti region by the light of the full moon! After all that freedom and fresh air, the prospect of a Yeti platter or fondue was irresistible, so we continued our “Nordic adventure” in the Claude-Chappuis restaurant!"

Snowshoes, sticks and headlamps can be hired from the Claude-Chappuis restaurant (closed Wednesdays and Thursdays) and from the “Repère du Yeti.
